Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. Chuck roast
- 3 potatoes
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 1 pkg beef gravy mix
- salt and pepper or seasoning of choiceDirections
- Sear chuck roast then put in crockpot
- Add chopped onion, celery, carrots and potatoes
- Mix gravy packet with water and pour over the top
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper or any other favorite seasoning
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours
