POT ROAST

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb. Chuck roast
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 pkg beef gravy mix
  • salt and pepper or seasoning of choiceDirections
  • Sear chuck roast then put in crockpot
  • Add chopped onion, celery, carrots and potatoes
  • Mix gravy packet with water and pour over the top
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper or any other favorite seasoning
  • Cook on high for 4-5 hours
