PICKLEBACK CHICKEN WINGS

3 lb Chicken Wings

1 C Pickle Juice

2 Tbs Bourbon

2 Tbs Honey

1 Tbs Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Paprika

1/4 tsp Cayenne

Salt and Pepper

2 Tbs Fresh chopped Dill

Ranch and Sliced Pickles for Serving

In a large bowl combine wings and pickle juice. Let marinate in the fridge atleast 1hr up to 4 hrs. Drain and pat dry.

Preheat oven to 425°.Line a large rimmed baking sheet with a metal rack.

In a small bowl, whisk together Bourbon, Honey, Brown Sugar, spices, and Salt and Pepper. Toss wings in mixture, transfer to baking sheet. Bake for about 50 min until crispy. Transfer to a plate and serve with Ranch and sliced pickles!
