- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 3 Tbs fresh Cilantro
- 2 Tbs Onion
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 lb Fajita Meat or 1 Skirt Steak (Get it from the Ranch here!)
- Mix olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pour into bag and add steak strips. Marinade in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
- Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook and Stir beef in hot skillet until all liquid is absorbed, about 15/20 minutes.
- Serve with tortillas, salsa, and cheese. Enjoy!
