Remove Silver Skin from Ribs, place in container with lid. In a Large Bowl combine; 1 C apple juice or cider, 1 can of Dr Pepper Soda or Root Beer, 3 TBS Kosher Salt, 2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp black pepper, 4 cloves of garlic roughly chopped. Pour mixture over Ribs and add water to cover ribs. Marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours.

1 Tbs Kosher Salt

2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tbs Chili Powder

1 tsp Paprika

1/4 tsp Cayenne

2.5 lbs Pork Spare Ribs

Preheat Oven to 300°.

Mix seasonings together, and rub on ribs. Place ribs on a baking sheet with a lip, cover tightly with foil and Bake for 2.5-3 hrs, until practically falling apart.

Smother with Favorite BBQ sauce, broil for 2-4 min until sauce begins to caramelize. Rest for 10 min and serve!
