- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 block of garlic herb boursin cheese
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. of olive oil
Thinly slice up the tenderloin. In a large skillet add the olive oil on medium heat and cook each side of the tenderloin for 3 to 5 minutes each. Take off heat and evenly divide the boursin cheese slices per tenderloin. Serves 2 to 4 people.
