- LIGHTLY COAT SPARE RIBS WITH OLIVE OIL, THEN SPRINKLE THEM WITH SEASONING MIXTURE
- HEAT GRILL TO 350 DEGREES
- LAY SPARE RIBS ON GRILL AND COOK FOR 1 HOUR
- CHECK SPARE RIBS AND CONTINUE COOKING TO 195 DEGREES
